Hi Everyone, I hope you have had a good week, I was hoping to have this post up earlier but the last 2 polishes in the collection didn't arrive until a couple of days ago so here it is now. I was recently tempted by the new Cupcake Polish Candyland collection on Rainbow Connection and eventually caved and brought the all. This collection is made up of 6 bright jellies, they are a full coverage holo glitter that builds easily in 2 coats and in my opinion are perfect for summer and a must have for any polish magpie! For my swatches I have shown 2 coats and these are without topcoat, so here they are - 1st up is the Sunshine Lemon Yellow called Princess Lolly This Summer Grass Green is Plumpy This is described as a Strawberry Red but personally I think its more Blood Orange because it is red but leaning towards orange in some light - my friends little girl insists it is orange though! Hi Lovelies, Sorry I have been a bit MIA recently between starting a new job and Christmas prep I have been spreading myself a little thin and haven't had chance to write this post but finally here it is. The final PTR box of December and it really is another goody. This month was all about Christmas movies and lets be honest who doesn't spend most of December watching Christmas films! So joining our PTR residents Colors by Llarowe and Bear Pawlish this month were Cupcake Polish, Lilypad Lacquer and UK Indie Dark Metal Laquer in a box that finished off the year perfectly First from Dark Metal Lacquer is a hot chocolate brown holo with gold flakies inspired by Love Actually. Well polish fans it's that time of the month again (although a little bit early this month) my November Paint the Rainbow box arrived this morning and I was so excited by this box that I had to swatch ASAP! Well the 1st thing I can tell you about this box is that just like all the others this one is incredible, all 5 polishes are gorgeous so Annette and all 5 makers give yourselves a pat on the back because yet again you have outdone yourselves. This months theme was Disney Villains and as a huge Disney fan I couldn't wait to see where the makers took their inspiration from, The box featured our regulars CBL and Bear Pawlish and Julieann of UK brand Freckles was back but this month we had 2 brands making their debut and they have fitted in superbly. Hello Nail Fanatics. As you probably learnt from my last post I am a big fan of the online shop Rainbow Connection and it is definitely the source of a lot of my polish collection especially some of my much love indie. In my last couple of orders I received some of the new Cupcake Polish Collection and I am going to share my swatches with you today. But first a bit about Cupcake Polish - They are a US based Indie Polish maker making hand mixed 3-free polishes in the most stunning glitter and holo finishes. So here are the polishes I swatched - First up we have Copa Girls - This has to be one of the most stunning purple polishes I have seen with micro holo glitter in blue purple and red and silver flakies it really is beautiful. Next is Foiles Bergere - This is a gunmetal black/grey again with micro holo glitters in rainbow colours and silver flakies - another stunner in my opinion.
