Esmaltes Da Kelly - Nebula Holo Polishes - Last Chance

Hi Everyone,

I have a bit of a different post today for you.

Annette of Rainbow Connection announced last night that she had the last ever restock of the Esmaltes Da Kelly (EDK) Nebula Holo polishes coming because they are being discontinued...

So I decided to honour that I would swatch them all again and show you exactly why you need some or all of these in your life!!



So these really are amazing holo polishes and have a flawless 1 coat finish so if you are in a rush these are great for getting your holo fix quickly - they are highly pigmented though so I would definitely recommend using a base coat and if you really want them to look perfect top coat too but...they do dry super fast so still ideal for a 5 minute mani (especially if you use HK girl)

Not only are they these fabulous 1 coat polishes they also stamp and you know me and a good stamping polish 😉  but these stand out mesmerisingly against a creme finish polish and are fab over black!!

So Im not going to waffle on in this post I'm just going to share pictures of these beauties.

Barry M Molten Metal Swatches

Hello Again, Today on my blog I have swatches of the 5 new Barry M Molten Metal polishes. I never tried the original 4 which were released last year but I decided I liked the look of these so would give them a try. I got them on 2 for £7 from Boots but they are also available from Superdrug (I will leave links below) Barry M are probably my favourite high street brand and I like a lot of their finishes and different effects. What I also loved about these are the big, flat brushes because I really find they help get an even coat across the nail in minimal brush strokes. As with all the Barry M polishes I have tried I couldn't find any fault with the formula - they applied like a dream, I'd forgotten just how much I like them if I'm honest - they are just as amazing as some of my favourite indie brands. Poundland Make Up Gallery Nail Polish

Happy Sunday Nail Lovelies. A few weeks back I was in Poundland and I thought while I was there I would grab a few polishes and bits to review, for £1 each I thought i'd have a try. I settled on 3 of the pastel creme colours, a glitter, the base/top coat and a cuticle oil so in total £6 which is less that 1 of my favourite indie polishes! I started by applying the glitter to my little and index finger - I did this over a peel off base coat because I hate glitter removal! Peel off bases are amazing invention, I am currently using the Miss Sporty one which I have found pretty good, I don't really have the same polish on for long enough to do a good wear test though! Anyway the glitter I chose was a clear/silver holo, very pretty and very sparkly and I did like how it looked over my peach acrylics. Stamping Decals on my Uberchic Mat

Happy Sunday Nail Girls. Hope you are having a great weekend! Today I am blogging about one of my newest purchases but definitely a favourite. Last week the lovely Sarah of She Sells Seashells announced she had stocked the new Uberchic Mat (plates are coming soon) so I knew I had to get one as I was wary of ordering direct as I know a lot of UK girls have had custom charges and for £11 it was a no brainer! So this mat is silicon and perfect for making decals, testing polishes, comparing colours, swatches and I'm sure lots of other things, Its also safe to use acetone on so easy to clean up but the dried polish just peels right off. So here's what I did - 1st I used my Leighton Denny one for all to paint in the nails on the mat, you can see in the picture where I have polished, This is the top of the decal and means it will peel right off.
